Vercel: Hosts our service infrastructure and may have access to technical logs and analytics.

Call Content: Voice call recordings and transcripts may be retained by our service providers for AI training and quality improvement purposes. Retention periods are determined by our service providers' policies.

Payment Records: Payment transaction records are retained as required by law and financial regulations, typically for 7 years.

Technical Logs: Technical and analytics data is retained for up to 12 months unless required longer for legal compliance.
